Automotive Service Advisor Job Responsibilities:
Service Advisor must greet customers promptly.
Obtain customer and vehicle information.
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
Establish follow up time.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
Meet certain CRM data completion levels for items such as email addresses and phone number entry.
Satisfy an FCA standard and consistent CSI score.

Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must.

Automotive Lube Technician Responsibilities:
Express Tech, oil and filter changes, tire rotations and basic maintenance -filters, tire
Perform all lubrication services in a safe manner.
Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e. check additional fluid levels, battery, lights,
tire pressure) referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor.
Operates and maintains all lubrication equipment.
Ensure that the customer's car is kept clean.
Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Other responsibilities as necessary or requested by the service management team.
Automotive Lube Technician Job Requirements:
Oil changing and quick lube experience a plus but not required.
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
A high level of energy and strong motivation to learn and succeed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
2-5 years of experience preferred.

Ensures that all customer vehicles have a protective floor mat placed inside prior to service.
Drives customer and dealership vehicles in a responsible manner.
Ensures that the customer radio is turned off and dials are never changed.
Ensures doors on customer and dealership vehicles are locked after parking.
Retrieves vehicles from inventory when needed.
Fills deliveries, loaners or demos with gas.
Available to assist in washing cars if needed and keeps showroom cars clean and presentable.
Takes sold inventory to prep center to make prep ready and delivers to client presentation area.
Supports lot merchandising as needed.
Transports vehicles to offsite client locations as needed.
Assist as required to maintain the service area and customer lounge.
Help prepare mirror tags for use by Service Advisors.
Automotive Service Porter Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma
Ability to drive vehicles with Manual Transmissions.
Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
