Took the vehicle to get repaired and received the vehicle back from the dealer ship with the same issue. Problem was never resolved. Transmission still jerks when slowly going and coming down to a stop
As usual, they professionally attended to my wife's vehicle's needs. Went in for an oil change, and they showed me the coolant running out of the water pump!. She parks on the street, didn't notice the leak, but the coolant was low, and very soon would have been a big problem on her 50 mile daily commute! Thanks, South County!
My wife car had an appointment, arrive on time for the appointment and was told to wait for by Jose to wait in the waiting area which is less than 5 feet from the reps. After waiting for 35 mins later, the guy we had an appointment with (Robert) still did not talk to us. I had to go and tell him I had appointment with him for 9am and wondering if he could help me out. He was rude and unprofessional, as if we were was bothering him. He check us in, and by the time all paper work was done, he said that we would not be able to get the car till tomorrow and pretty much just told us to come back tomorrow. We requested a loaner car since we know its going to take a day or 2. And he said that since its not a recall service that loaner car was not available. Anyways to make it short come to find out that the car had special coverage for the item needed done. I had issue with the transmission before and the other dealer gave us a deductible instead of paying the whole amount, come to find that there was a recall/special coverage as well that was suppose to be expired already. This person is supposed to be employee of the month, but did not act like it, maybe he just racist and I was not the right color.
My family broke down while on vacation and Tim was truly an amazing employee to work with. He was straight forward and honest with me during the entire process. I would almost drive back to California to buy a truck if that's the type of service you all give to all customers. Thank you Tim for the help, as a Store Manager for a major retailer, you sir are a fantastic employee.
Did not give a 10 nor excellent mark because it was 12:30 pm and I had no phone calls from the dealer, (I took the car in at 8:30 am as my appointment was made) it wasn't until 1:07 pm after I had to make a call to the dealer to see what was going on with my car, the person that help me was not at the desk so I left a message, I was wondering if my early 12:30 pm. call, make the salesperson to return my call......???
