I showed up early, they took me early, and my car was ready early. The service rep was polite and efficient. The waiting area was clean and tidy. I could find absolutely no flaw with the service I received. It was excellent!
I left my vehicle at the service department for a regular service check, to include an oil change. I did not get a call to come pick it up till 2 days later. When I walk in where the service dispatchers are, two of them look up to me and ignore me, no “we will right with you or somebody will help you in a minute”. After 5 minutes of just standing there and being ignored, I asked if my dispatcher was available. At that point one of them got up and went and got my car and my service dispatcher. I get it people get busy and can’t drop everything every time somebody walks in the door, but acknowledging a customer and making sure he is being helped should be part of the culture in any business that deals with the public as part of the daily work.

Problem with the delivery of the Tires for install. Appointment was for 8am... tires did not deliver until after 10:30am. Appointment was set up 2 days prior. Everything else went great. Tim is a big help.

I would NEVER have my car serviced here again. Ever. Nor would I recommend anyone to ever do any kind of business here. Tim was my service rep and was the absolute WORST. He wasted my time. Made me late for work. Was absolutely incompetent. He was slow and very rude. After taking my payment, he would not release my car to me because he said he could only release it to my husband who was at work in Anaheim. So I called and he gave verbal authorization but he still wouldn’t release the car. I explained that I don’t live nearby & drove a long way- in Friday afternoon traffic and had to have my niece drop me off so I could pick up my car; so it was a complete waste of time and gas. I ended up leaving without my car and my husband took the train from Anaheim after getting off work, just to be denied having the car released to him!!! Tim then said he made a mistake, the car was only authorized to be released to me! Wow. The next day, Saturday morning we both went to pick up the car. He did not offer an apology or any kind of explanation. He didn’t even bother looking up from his computer. This was by far the worst experience serving my car in a long time.
