Robert and his crew in the Service department are always awesome. I had a difficult time with an employee, did catch his name. I went in to exchange my oil change voucher and he wanted me to sit and wait while he looked up my account. My husband and I were already there the day before and did the whole appraisal and test drive. We couldn’t come to agreement on the numbers so we left. Mind you, I kept telling him my kids were asleep in the car and my husband was waiting for me with them. He gave me an attitude and told me he wants to expedite this so I would have to sit and wait. I already did what I was supposed to do with the appraisal and had no time to sit and wait. He was just rude, so I left and didn’t even come back for my voucher because he was so rude. So now I missed out on my free oil change because of his service!!!
